Beware of counterfeiters
Counterfeit of propriety products can be the source of important revenue losses. SIRCO has a lot of experience in investigating on this type of intellectual property theft, which it has successfully accomplished, among other instances, for famous designer Michael Kors in 2015. The nature and span of that investigation was a first in Canada.
From vendors to distributors and manufacturers, SIRCO can maximize each dollar invested by its clients by helping to identify the individuals, businesses, assets and bank accounts of the networks involved in counterfeiting, while supporting civil or criminal legal action against them. Among other things, each year, SIRCO provides counterfeiting detection training to its police partners.
