Ms. Tétreault has several years of experience as a litigation lawyer within various organizations, where her top priority was to develop contacts and communicate with clients. She is recognized for her ability to simultaneously manage several cases and delegate within her team to meet deadlines. Her exceptional qualities will be an asset to our investigations.
Ms. Tétreault has worked as a civil litigation lawyer for several law firms, managing cases from initial client interviews to the complete settlement of disputes. She has presented bankruptcy cases before various courts, including the Superior Court in both the Civil Division and Commercial Division. She has also conducted essential legal research, drafted procedures in the course of proceedings, and prepared books of authorities, argument plans, and briefs. Ms. Tétreault has advised many new clients in a number of disputes and in several types of litigation, including family law, housing law, and criminal and penal law. She has also presented cases involving traffic accidents, workplace accidents, and victims of crime in various courts and across Quebec (Tribunal administratif du Québec and Tribunal administratif du travail). She supported her clients in their claims until their cases are closed, either by conciliation or by hearing. She has also recommended that reports be obtained from medical experts based on her clients’ medical files, including orthopedics, psychiatry, neurology and occupational therapy. She has reviewed first instance cases, statements of facts, issues in dispute, claims, main arguments, and conclusions.

Ms. Tétreault completed her law degree at the Université de Montréal and has been a member in good standing of the Barreau du Québec since January 2018.
