A third party
On the request of the courts, SIRCO acts as amicus curiae, in other words a party neutral to a dispute or penal procedure, in order to shed light on evidence or on a particular situation. Whether in Canada or abroad, its team of experts is able to deliver credible evidence that will clarify matters for the court.
SIRCO’s experts have acted in this capacity in many jurisdictions in the context of major national and international criminal matters.
