For an employer, controlling the consumption of alcohol, drugs or medication at work, as well as related addictions, can be a serious and challenging issue. If the consumption goes hand-in-hand with trafficking on the job, criminal activities are taking place and must be neutralized. SIRCO also offers flexible intervention plans adapted to your needs and based on three areas, namely prevention, awareness and enforcement.
In light of all the problems arising from such a situation, it is possible to begin with prevention. SIRCO will help you draw up and apply a prevention plan in connection with drug or alcohol consumption in the workplace.
Prevention is mainly covered through supervisor training and an information session for employees. These measures may be supplemented by other awareness-raising measures, such as posters, internal policies, brochures, etc.
