Trained in criminology and communication, Marco Harvey has worked at SIRCO for ten years, now as Corporate affairs and comsulting director. Mr. Harvey also taught police techniques for around twenty years and has contributed to the implementation of college training in investigative and investigative techniques. Mr. Harvey has worked in the field of public and private security for multiple workplaces. He has over thirty years of relevant experience in major organizations in strategic, operational and partnership roles. During these years, he acquired an excellent knowledge of the Quebec police community both Canadian and foreign, and has collaborated on academic research projects in public health. In addition, he has developed teaching skills abroad and has been involved in several international projects. He knows how to develop specialized programs and plan different forms of skills transfer.
At SIRCO, he deals with relations between external partners and control agencies. He is responsible for the Risk Management Plan for Corruption and Collusion. To this end, his expertise is used to develop tools for good governance, planning and strategic vision. He also deals with Registrations to the Lobbyist Registry, if necessary. For SIRCO, he manages investigations and internal audits of compliance or security for various companies. As a strategist, he is responsible for corporate affairs and advisory services at SIRCO.
