Julie Anne Gagnon joined the SIRCO team in 2008 in order to restructure its administrative functions, including the implementation of tight internal control measures. Having earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from McGill University, an MBA from Harvard Business School, and experience as Vice-President of Finance and Development for an insurance marketing agency, Ms. Gagnon has strongly contributed to the organization’s rigour and efficiency.
As Vice-President of Finance and Human Resources, she is primarily responsible for accounting, financial statement supervision, financial performance analysis, financial information communication, and administrative policy and procedure management.
