Antony Donato began his career as a police officer in Laval in 1986, and was promoted to Detective Sergeant in 1993 then onto Detective Lieutenant later on. His 23 years as a field investigator and a section manager made him the perfect candidate to take over responsibilities for our investigation, research and intelligence, tailing and infiltration departments. Mr Donato worked in all major crimes areas during his career. More specifically, he was involved in major crimes, organized crime, property crimes and in the narcotics and morality divisions. Mr Donato sat on the provincial committee for infiltration manager for many years and made this investigation technique one of his specialty. He also worked in close cooperation with specialized corruption and collusion investigation teams.
In his capacity as Executive Vice-President, Mr. Donato is in charge of our specialized investigation teams and conducts complex investigations with a focus on narcotics, theft and fraud. He is also involved in managing major events such as crises and labour disputes.
His extensive and diversified background make him an outstanding advisor who is attentive to client problems, and able to suggest creative and innovative solutions.
